WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're looking for a strategic leader, passionate about brand and culture, to help us create the newest most compelling delivery service. This position will be responsible for developing and bringing to life a multi-channel marketing strategy, complete with activations and partnerships. A large part of your role will be driving adoption and customer satisfaction across our market partners. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. We're looking for someone who's scrappy, and excited to build Zuul's marketing and branding approach from the ground up!

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Zuul Market

  • Coordinate with Zuul's Business Development Reps to launch Market Partners successfully with appropriate marketing initiatives.
  • Develop powerful launch campaigns inclusive of print & digital materials, as well as pop-ups, surprise & delight initiatives, and other events and strategies
  • Ensure high adoption within each Zuul Market Partnership
  • Define and build a launch playbook for our different Market Partners — enterprise, residential, prop tech
  • Actively engaging brand partnerships to further adoption and retention of Market Partners and drive conversion
  • Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials

Digital Marketing

  • Manage our customer email platform — email designs, placement, promotions and overall copy strategy
  • Manage social media platforms — create, post and manage Instagram/Linkedin content and direction
  • Execute Zuul's Instagram partnership promotion strategy
  • Build and manage Zuul's SEO strategy
  • Create & run digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation

Marketing Analytics

  • Analyze data to determine campaign and partnership efficiency — analytics on digital ad campaigns, email campaigns and social campaigns
  • Craft cohesive post mortems with specific recommendations to support ongoing launch optimization
  • Actively funneling insights and analytics into Zuul's Marketing Strategy
  • Gather customer feedback through surveys

Branding

  • Create Zuul's loyalty and promotion strategy
  • Manage third party agencies, designers and other partner to create high impact work
  • Drive Zuul's copy approach — we want to ensure we are not just explain but also connecting with our customers
  • Design & production of swag
  • Designing internal assets, decks, and materials for the Zuul team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of account management and sales experience and/or Customer Success
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong on strategy, stronger on execution
  • Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce and Pipedrive
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, driving our narrative to create enthusiasm among prospects and Market Partners
  • Tied into cultural, brand happenings and insights in the F&B and food tech space
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Adept at solving problems that span business and technology
  • Proven ability to establish and grow C-level relationships
  • Inherently collaborative; demonstrated cross-functional leadership
  • Demonstrated experience navigating through a complex sales cycle and closing strategic business with a customer identified as Zuul's top prospects
  • Experienced in selling transformation/visionary solutions (demand creation vs. fulfillment)
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS preferred
  • Salary dependent upon experience
